Terms of Use

1. Eligibility & access

CPA Copilot is available to active Buy Me A Coffee supporters whose email is on our member list. Access may continue for a limited period after cancellation if your membership includes a remaining billing-cycle end date. We may suspend or end access if membership lapses or these terms are breached.

2. Fair use — device & account limits

Your membership is for personal study use only. To keep access fair for all supporters:

• You may stay signed in on up to 5 devices or browsers at the same time.
• Signing in on an additional device may sign out the oldest active session so the limit is not exceeded.
• Do not share your login email or membership with others so they can use CPA Copilot under your access.
• Do not run automated scripts, bulk scraping, or other activity that overloads or misuses the platform.

We may revoke sessions or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being shared, resold, or used in a way that exceeds fair personal use.

3. Study content

Practice questions, explanations, flashcards, calculators, and other materials on CPA Copilot are for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

4. Not affiliated with CPA Australia

CPA Copilot is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CPA Australia. Official syllabus, subject outlines, and exam requirements are published by CPA Australia — always verify current requirements on their website. Our materials do not guarantee exam results.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep CPA Copilot reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, question banks, and tools may change as we improve the product. Membership pricing and benefits are described on our Buy Me A Coffee page and may change with notice there.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPA Copilot and its operators are not liable for exam outcomes, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from use of (or inability to use) the service. Use of practice tools is at your own discretion as a study aid.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes to fair-use limits (such as the device cap) will be reflected on this page.
