FAQ

I'm a web member. Why doesn't my login work in the app?

The app has no login. It is sold and billed by Apple, so a plan is linked to your Apple ID and bought inside the app. Your web membership stays exactly as it is.

Can I use my app subscription on the website?

No. The app subscription only works in the iPhone app.

Are the questions and flashcards the same?

Yes. The app uses the same question bank, explanations and flashcard deck as CPA Copilot Web. What differs is billing, sign-in, offline use and the extra web study tools.

Is there a bundle for both?

Not at the moment.

Does my progress sync between web and app?

No. The app keeps your progress only on your iPhone, and deleting the app deletes it. The website keeps its own progress.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

App: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions; refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Web: through Buy Me a Coffee.

Why is the app price different in my country?

App prices differ by country and App Store region, and in some regions they are higher than the USD prices shown here. The App Store shows your exact price before you pay.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet.
